We are crazy Mexican food fans…once every few weeks, we go to our favorite Mexican restaurant, mainly to get our fill of margaritas and chips and salsa. ( The ones they serve even before you place the order and are almost too full by the time food arrives. But somehow still manage to devour everything!! It funny how the stomach makes place for the things we crave! )
So when at home, this recipe is an obvious hit. It is super easy to make – just throw in a few raw ingredients. Plus it is very filling. I can munch on the salad even without the dressing. So you get the idea how well everything comes together.
The other good thing about this recipe is – it is okay if you don’t have all the stuff. Minus a few, add some of your own – it doesn’t matter! As long as it has avocado – it’ll taste good =))
