I can’t believe the week has flown by so quickly – I was going so non-stop that I think the week happened without me! It’s finally Friday – remind me if it’s the last one or the one from this. You think I am not making sense? well that’s how crazy I feel. le sigh!

Last thursday, I was invited to an exclusive event hosted by Goose Island Beer & Benefit cosmetics at the Benefit Boutique on Newbury Street.  I am not so much of a beer girl, mostly disappointing the mister for losing out on having some cheap dates =)) But I gotta say, that some of the Goose Island beers were so refreshing and light, not bitter and not overly sweet either. Something about the beer aged in wine barrels – whatever it was – I sure loved it. Even got some home ( thanks to the wonderful Goose Island team ) and then stocked the fridge some more with the Sofies and the Matildas. ( Sofie was my favorite! )

Along with some beer sampling – I also got dolled up by one of the most talented Benefit stylists. If you are in the area and get a chance  to visit the store, you’ve got to see Kit – she’ll hook you up with the best stuff ! I left the event looking pretty with a goody bag and a happy high =)) Tough life !!
