To the rescue

LovePlayingDressup1I made a colossal mistake during our recent trip to Mexico. Guilty of last-minute packing, in my haste, I miscalculated the number of outfits I would be needing and lets just say there was a lot of repetition during our 5 day stay. The irony is – I always overpack! This dress from White Plum Boutique came to my rescue in those desperate times. I wore it as a tunic on day 2 for an excursion trip, as a cover-up on day 3 over my Victoria’s Secret bikini and as a shift dress for a musical show we went to, on the last day. I’d defintely recommend having such versatile pieces in your closet. On the same note – I also wore the mister’s  chambray shirt as a cover-up on one day while lounging by the pool – and it was by far my favorite outfit on our trip. I had to give myself a little pat on the back for concocting such ideas of dressing up from my limited luggage =))

Have a great week ahead !

  1. Those orange reflective Ray-Bans get me every time. They just look so freaking cool and are now at the top of my “wish list.”

Hope you had an amazing trip, despite under-packing!
