Even though the temperatures are dropping, I am not yet ready to put my dresses at the back of the closet. Infact, if you thought printed, colorful dresses were only a summer staple – let’s do something different this time. Breezy, baggy, smock, shift – as much as they are perfect for summer, they can also bring an extended sense of summer in your fall wardrobe. Pair them with a parka, tights, ankle boots – and you can continue your affair with summer dresses for a few more months! I paired this dress with tan sandals and this gorgeous bag – it’s definitely a must have in your closet ( the color pretty much goes with everything and the size is perfect for quick-runs or as well as for dressing up )

On a side note, this was one of our favorite shoots – my wonderful husband, Amit & I, played with the sunlight and the shadow it casted. We get so many questions ( and compliments =))) about his photography, about working the camera, playing with light, etc – I have asked him to write-up a few posts to share his learnings so far.
