Before I start talking about today’s post, let me first thank all of you for all the lovely messages, questions & request to post more of such similar content after this post. I am so glad to know that so many of you are corporate ladies (#ladyboss) and feel the same pressure to dressup each morning. Point duly noted!
Talk about dressing up for success, the one accessory that undeniably exudes sophistication is your bag. While you can never go wrong with a black bag, this is a great way to add some color to an otherwise rather obvious choices such as black, grey, navy usually available for office wear. I was recently introduced to Adees Co and have been really impressed by the quality of their leather collection and even more so, its affordability. Its the one thing that mom always says – never compromise on leather quality, because after some time – it starts showing!
Adees Co. is the revival of the founder’s grandmother’s clothing line that sold in Saks Fifth Avenue in the 70s. I always love knowing the history behind a brand and its inception and this one is just too cute! Infact they have a new collection coming up, inspired by butterflies & flowers – I cannot wait to see how it translates on leather.
This bag is perfect for a business meeting – conveniently fits in your laptop and isn’t too formal to take out for drinks after work. Amit & I love meeting up after work at cafes and spending time before we head home and dive head first into the craziness. That is my favorite kind of the cliched desk-to-drinks day =)) xo – Neha

You look stunning and that skirt is to die for! I wish I had to get dressed up everyday, but as a nanny it’s just jeans a t shirt 🙂
